  • Update Client Application:
     
  • BNR Controller file>update client application
  • Updating the BNR Client applications can be done automatically through the BNR Controller. The BNR Controller will contact each active client and reinstall it.
  • Clean up Files:

  • The BNR Controller will clean up the temp files it creates in the build and autoload folders.
    • Configure Wizard:
       
    • BNR Controller Options>Configure Wizard
    • The Configure wizard steps you through the entire configuration process. In order to set up the versions of Lightwave and network shared content folder etc.
    • See the Configure Platforms section for a list of all the windows that the wizard will take you through.
    • Update LW Intel Plugins:
       
    • BNR Controller Options>Update LW Plugins
    • This copies the plugins referenced in the config files to the BNR shared folder.

  • The choice of Lightwave and Maya platforms to configure BNR to support


     
    • Configure Platforms:
       
    • BNR Controller Options>Configure Platforms
    • The locations of the LWSN and config files required by the different versions of Lightwave being configured

    • The default settings for BNR including; content directory, file output, overrides, groups and priority settings.
    • Enabling the Scene Default Output Directory will change to output path for all renders.
    • Enabling the Default Output Format will change the output file type for all renders.
