ButterflyNetRender 4.55a Released

A few minor updates for the Lightwave 10 support:

Version 4.55a

Changed Lightwave 10 default configuration path
C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\.NewTek\LightWave\10.0

Changed the Wizard to also copy the 'support\locales' folder for LightWave 10

NOTE:  if running XP32/64bit - Lightwave 10 requires the "Visual Studio 2008 Redist files"
(which are located in the folder where you installed LightWave 10)  "vc2008_sp1_redist_x??.exe"

** LightWave 10 requires the Plugins to be 'cleared' and 'scanned' to update the lwext10.cfg file

Added 'Enable Override LWSN Shell settings' to the HTML Viewer interface
Fixed the Stereo Frame checking for Lightwave 10
